Parcel Negotiations
Our parcel experts work behind the scenes as an extension of the customer to implement a parcel program specific to your account. This can be done by establishing a company e-mail for us to utilize or having a corporate sponsor that we draft the e-mails to provide to the parcel representatives. PML handles all back-end communication development as well as analysis of proposals.
LTL Negotiations
We do all the work; you get all the credit while maintaining your direct carrier relationships. PML works behind the scenes to benchmark customer’s current pricing programs, develop an RFP, launch the RFP with a customer developed e-mail address, and analyze all bids to develop a program in conjunction with the customer every step of the way.
TL Management
As an extension of the customer’s shipping department, PML will be provided a customer’s e-mail address. PML will reach out to the customer’s current providers as well as introduce new asset and non-asset providers to establish the best rate on each individual shipment.
Freight Audit & Payment
On average it costs a company direct labor expense in excess of $5.00 / shipment. All invoices will be received and audited for rates, discounts, accessorial and duplicate billing errors. The customer will receive a weekly consolidated invoice detailing all costs and shipping details processed for the week. Once funds are received from customer, the payments will be processed to the carriers.
